Who to contact

This website is operated by Bakri Khalifa, trading as Workhorse Labs. Use our contact form for questions about the website, your enquiry or your personal information.

Submitting an enquiry

When you submit the form, our website securely processes the details you provide and sends your enquiry to our business inbox through Microsoft 365. We use your contact and project information to respond, discuss your requirements and manage the resulting correspondence. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

The website does not save your form details in browser storage. Your browser may independently restore fields. Please avoid including passwords, API keys or confidential customer information.

Delivery and protection

Our hosting service processes submissions and Microsoft 365 handles email delivery and mailbox storage. We keep limited, pseudonymous technical records to reduce spam and prevent duplicate submissions; these records do not contain the text of your enquiry.

A client engagement will have its own agreed information-handling arrangements. Before sharing sensitive material, ask us to confirm the appropriate channel, access and retention arrangements.

Preferences and hosting

The website currently uses light mode. Previously saved theme choices are not read or updated. You can remove saved preferences through your browser’s site-data settings. The website loads its fonts and images from its own hosting service. We have not added analytics or advertising trackers.

Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, request times and browser information.

Questions and requests

Use our contact form to ask about personal information in your correspondence or request a correction or deletion. We will explain what we can do, including any records that need to be retained for an applicable legal reason. If UK data protection law applies, you may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
